#URCareerFair

Meet employers ready to hire entry level full-time employers and summer interns:
 To view employers by field:

Never been to a career fair? Wondering what to expect? Professionals from the Gwen M. Greene Career and Internship Center are here to help every step of the way.
  • Prepare by reviewing the list of companies and schools and researching those you are interested in. Study corporate websites and search for recent news articles for conversation starters.
  • Attend one of the "How to Work the Career Fair" seminars led by our On-Campus Recruitment Coordinator Michelle Werth at 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. Tuesday, February 12.
  • Review career fair tips see our website
  • Dress in interview clothes.  Particularly juniors and seniors should consider the career fair a mini-interview.
  • Bring plenty of copies of your resume.
Outside the May Room you will stop at our table to sign in and pick up a directory of employers and grad schools at the event. You will be directed to fill out a name tag and then to stop by a table for your major, where staff will direct you to the recruiters who may have opportunities for you.

Just inside the May Room the Onsite Career Center table is staffed by counselors who can advise you on approaching recruiters, offer tips on following up and answer any questions you may have.

For advice from one our regular recruiters see:
"Career Fair Tips From the Recruiter's Side of the Table"

Since you'll be dressed for sucsess, top by our free LinkedIn photo booth!
